Our beef is a crossbreed of Angus and Wagyu cattle. This breed, known as American Wagyu, produces a very flavorful, tender beef that consistently grades as prime. Wagyu is typically only found in upscale restaurants. Once you try it, you’ll never want anything different.
American Wagyu beef is highly marbled creating a melt in your mouth eating experience. It is also proven to be one of the healthiest meats you can eat. The eating experience of an American Wagyu steak is unmatched by any other breed of beef.

The Process
Reserve Your Beef
Submit your deposit for the next available butcher date
All of the beef we sell is butchered at a USDA processor AFTER our customers reserve it. We don’t sell you beef from our freezers.
Customize Your Beef
We provide you with a cut list
You get to select every cut of beef you want from various sections of the cattle as well as the thickness of your steaks and how you want it packaged.
Pick Up Your Beef
The beef is aged for 14 days
After the beef hangs for a couple weeks it is cut according to your specifications, vacuumed sealed and you are notified when it’s ready pick up from the processor and stock your freezer
Total price of the beef is $6.50/lb of the carcass weight plus the processing fee which is around $1/lb. This weight is determined at the initial processing phase.

We offer customers sample packages consisting of steaks, hamburger and roasts for customers to try before they purchase bulk beef.

The cattle we sell as beef are grass fed up to weaning and then fed a ration consisting of forage, such as hay or silage, as well as a corn until they reach a finished weight ready for butcher.

We charge $6.50 per pound of the hanging/carcass weight. Typically a quarter of beef will cost between $1,500-1,800 depending on the finished weight of the cattle.
